ChaLLENGES

Challenge 1:
Hack Loyalty with
Innovative engagement

Work together and create an innovative system that rewards customers for their loyalty in a unique and engaging way, and different from traditional banking loyalty programs. We are looking for new ideas and creative solutions to tackle low customer engagement.

Create a cutting-edge loyalty program that is unique, engaging, and effective in driving customer retention and repeat usage of banking services.

The program should offer unique and compelling benefits in order to support the retention of customers and to tackle the main problem - low customer engagement. Incorporate the latest technology and trends connected to loyalty, as well as to customer engagement.

Explore potential concepts outside of the banking sector - thinking out of the box is encouraged: for example, consider currents trends such as loyalty experience, Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance or Sustainable Development Goals.

Challenge 2:
Hack Loyalty with
Blockchain

What is the power of the blockchain technology in creating solutions to drive the engagement of young customers and help the Bank to acquire new customers?

Work together to showcase the potential that blockchain technology has in this field while creating an innovative solution for the financial industry.

Develop a blockchain-based loyalty program for the Bank that rewards existing customers for their loyalty and engagement, or helps to acquire new customers. The solution needs to be based on blockchain (e.g. Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) backed by reasoning on why the solution is based on blockchain.

We are open to different innovative solutions (fungible/non-fungible tokens, metaverse etc); however, keep in mind the current state of blockchain technology and regulations. Show us how you would use the technology for this specific purpose: out of the box thinking and going beyond the traditional banking is highly encouraged.

IT'S ALL ABOUT
TEAMWORK

Don't miss this incredible opportunity to showcase your skills, network with other professionals, and create impactful solutions that could change the future of loyalty in the banking sector. Sign up now to be part of Loyalty Evolution 2023!
